Yes. I offer in-person therapy in Toronto as well as virtual sessions across Ontario. Both options provide the same level of care and confidentiality. We can talk through what format feels most practical and supportive for you.

My office is located at 1649 Dufferin Street, Toronto in suite 204. There is an elevator available for those who cannot use the stairs.

Many extended health benefits plans cover services offered by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Receipts are provided following each session for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your specific coverage.

Individual and couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Most people begin with weekly sessions, though the frequency can be adjusted over time based on your needs and goals. For couples therapy, we decide on the session frequency collaboratively; however, I generally recommend weekly or biweekly sessions to maintain consistency and avoid delays in the therapeutic process.

That’s very common. Many people begin therapy feeling uncertain or unsure where to start. Part of the work is making sense of what’s happening together and seeing whether therapy feels useful over time. You don’t need to have clarity before beginning.

Yes, parking is available in the residential neighbourhoods surrounding Dufferin-St. Clair and Dufferin-Rosemount (at no cost). Paid parking is available through street parking on St. Clair (via Green P).

The consultation is a 15 minute phone call where we talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. It’s also a chance to ask questions and discuss practical details. There’s no pressure to commit.
